Phoenix Fury Competes at State 2008

The u15c3 Phoenix Fury won districts with a 1-0 win on Friday 7-18 over Bloomington.  This was followed by winning a thrilling game on Sat over Richfield 4-2 in Penalty Kicks, this after tying the game with 20 seconds left in the game during a heavy rainstorm.

The Fury won the first game at State 1-0 over Red Wing, lost a heart breaker 1-0 to NSSA and then were beaten by the eventual State Champions --Chanhassen, 6-0.
