The U17 Tourney Team takes 1st at Father Hennepin Tourney 2009
The Golden Valley Phoenix U-17 girls team took first place at the Father Hennepin tournament the weekend of 13/14 June. They went undefeated and beat teams from New Ulm, Northfield and a U-19 team for the championship. Along the way they scored 11 goals and conceded none. Congratulations Islanders!!
