Golden Valley U13 C3 Boys Win Father Hennepin Tourney AND are first seed to state 2009!
Congratulations to the Golden Valley Phoenix U13C3 Boys, the Thunderbolts. The team is first seed to state with an impressive season! Not only have the boys won championship at the recent Father Hennepin Tournament but their regular league play season has shown an accomplishment of 32 goals while only letting in 12. The Thunderbolts won 8 games, tied 1 and lost 1 for 83.3% wins and have earned their promotion to C2 in 2010. The Thunderbolts are skipping League Play, Regionals and going directly to state.
