Open new browser window from link |

I have several forms that are provided to users as links within the site. The standard open of these forms appears to be to open within the same browser session. How can I force a new browser window to open? Is there a setting on the Link creation or some HTML or scripting I need to wrap around these documents?
E.g. go to the Recreational Homepage http://www.gvphoenixsoccer.org/generic/generic11.asp, and I have 3 forms listed. I'd like these to open a new browser window.

Fixed. You have to set the target to "blank" in the pop up window when you create the link. You can see this and more in the Tips and tricks document linked to the page when you first log in.
