I understand why you have the graphic which controls access to this page for entering a support request, however, on my last adventure with this the graphic was scarcely readable through 3 attempts. Your implementation of this allows me to enter all the support request (SR) data without telling me I made a mistake until I'm done. You really ought to block me from getting this far without the frustration of entering the same data over, and over, and over, ... until I can finally see a pattern of letters/numbers that I can read. |

A wonder......might it be more readable if we generated the random letters and numbers without the lines? Maybe that's the cause of reading issues?
